- Sainte-Mère-Église, one of the first American paratrooper missions on D-Day.
- Utah Beach, where the American 4th Infantry Division landed.
- Pointe du Hoc, where Rangers climbed a 100-foot cliff to capture a German gun battery.
- Omaha Beach, the bloodiest beach where 32,000 Americans landed.
- The American cemetery and memorial, to pay respect to the soldiers who lost their lives for our freedom.
