Terms and Conditions...
1. Price
The price mentioned is for the whole tour. Which means the more you are (up to 6 people) the more advantageous it is for you. Be aware that museum fees, which are usually from €5 to €7 per person, lunch is not included in the price of the tour.
2. Cancellation
If you cancel your tour more than 90 days from the tour date, a full refund will be given. - If you cancel your tour less than 90 days and more than 60 days from the tour date, you will be refunded the 90% balance. The 10% deposit in this case will not be refunded. - If you cancel less than 60 days and more than 30 days from the tour date, I will refund 70% of the total tour payment. - If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days from the tour date, I will refund 50% of the total payment. - If you cancel less than 14 days from the tour date, I will refund 30% of the total payment In all cases - please check your holiday insurance for coverage. If for any reason the tour is cancelled by Normandy History Tours, then you will be entitled to a full refund.
3. Payment
All tours are to be paid in euros in cash or credit card (+ 2% commission) at the end of the tour. A 50% deposit is charged through bank wire prior to the tour as a guarantee and confirms the reservation. The outstanding balance will be settled by the end of the excursion. An invoice can also be provided if asked before the tour.
