The Battle of Normandy: More Than Just D-Day

Many visitors think the war in Normandy ended on the evening of June 6. In reality, D-Day was just the beginning of a long and difficult campaign that lasted nearly 100 days.

The 'Battle of the Hedgerows' (Bocage) was hell for Allied troops. Progress was slow, with every field serving as a natural fortress for the German defense.

On our custom tours, we can follow the tracks of specific regiments after the landing, visit liberated towns like Saint-Lô or Bayeux, and understand how the final victory was achieved through logistics, air power, and the courage of ground troops.
